Richland Community Health Care Center (RCHCA) is a network of health care providers who are dedicated to  providing accessible and comprehensive health care in Columbia, Blair (West Fairfield), Eastover and Winnsboro SC.  (see our locations page for locations and phone numbers)

RCHCA is a not-for-profit primary health care organization dedicated to serving the greater Columbia Community as well as underserved rural communities and neighborhoods. We provide comprehensive health care –  prenatal to pediatric, adolescent to adult and geriatric. Our mission is to provide excellent, accessible health care to the residents of our community, regardless of their ability to pay. A community-based board of directors gives guidance and direction to our mission.

RCHCA is a federally recognized community health center/association, and participates in health disparities collaboratives and chronic disease management. Our clinical staff includes board certified physicians, nurse practitioners and social workers. We offer convenient social services and behavioral health counseling, on-site lab services, and wellness activities.

 

The Center is not a walk-in center and encourages patients to call ahead for an appointment, but we are dedicated to providing healthcare to any and all who are in need. We make every attempt to see established patients for episodic problems within 24 to 48 hours depending on the severity of the problem.

 

The Center participates in most commercial insurance plans.  We encourage you to bring your valid insurance card with up to date insurance information so we may serve you best.

 

The Center serves uninsured and underinsured patients on a sliding fee scale, depending on the family's income and how many people are in the family.
